Kellie has been a valued member at EMVC since 2019, and brings over 25 years of experience in the optometric industry. Her unique blend of clinical knowledge and passion for skin health makes her the perfect person to bridge the worlds of eye care and aesthetics. Whether you're seeking support for skin care goals, rejuvenation around the eyes, or dry eye relief, Kellie’s personalized approach will help you look and feel your best. From leadership and patient care to reception, billing, and specialized testing—you name it, Kellie’s done it. Her deep understanding of every aspect of eye care is what ultimately led her to pursue her passion for aesthetics. As our Dry Eye Technician, she discovered the connection between skin health and eye comfort, and began exploring natural, non-invasive treatments that support both beauty and wellness.

Kellie’s mission is simple: to create a warm, customized experience for every individual. She understands that every client has their own story, and her calm, caring presence ensures that each person feels heard, supported, and empowered on their journey to "age gracefully."

Meet Dr Macy Santa Elena, O.D.!

Aesthetics and ocular health go hand in hand. When patients look their best, they often feel their best too. I’m passionate about helping our patients achieve healthy, youthful skin through safe and effective treatments that enhance natural beauty without surgery or downtime.

One of my favorite technologies is the TriLift, a non-invasive facial rejuvenation system that targets both the skin and the underlying facial muscles. By stimulating muscle tone, improving circulation, and remodeling collagen, it helps reduce fine lines, smooth skin texture, and restore that lifted, refreshed appearance over time.

It has been incredibly rewarding to see how these treatments can complement our dry eye therapies — improving periocular tissue health, lid tone, and even patient comfort during blinking. Working alongside Kellie, our master aesthetician, we focus on personalized care that integrates ocular wellness with facial rejuvenation.

Meet our Master Aesthetician Erin!

Erin joined the team in 2023 and has become an integral part of our dry eye care. She studied at Euro Institute of Skin Care and advanced her skills at the Washington State Laser Institute. We are honored she has chosen East Main Vision to provide quality skin care services with her small business E.S.thetics by Erin and serves dry eye patient needs by performing Intense Pulse Light therapy (IPL). She is passionate about treating dry eyes, rosacea, and more, leading to healthy, beautiful skin care routines. Her gentle techniques offer relief and beauty combined, which creates a loyal clientele.
